Hello Valda,

Your past three posts have been very informative and although I knew a lot of the details I have picked up a couple of handy little leads from you and I will follow up on them.

Regarding William SLADE on the 1851 Census, we have not had any luck in tracing him any further, perhaps he died as he was not listed on the 1861 Census.

The 1891 Census details that you sent me could be very helpful indeed.

I have also sent for a birth and death certificate of Jessica DYER in the hope that they provide some more pieces to the missing puzzle surrounding the additional family that I have only found out about in the past few years.

We are off dancing this evening, but will probably be back on-line after we arrive back home.

Many Thanks
Brian H.

There is a possible death for a William

Deaths Mar 1853
Slade  William     St Giles  1b 241

but no birth registration in St Giles.

There may have been other children between censuses.

Are any father's names listed on Louisa Lavinia and Dorothy's birth certificates?

Regards

Valda
