Elizabeth Rooney 1880-1917 my 2x gr aunt

Hi
I was listening to BBC Radio Cumbria this morning via the internet and a listener rang and asked if there was a flag for Cumberland.
I cannot remember who the presenter was, and cannot go to the repeat play as she was a guest presenter.
Did anyone hear the programme and know whether anyone replied and is there one.
