Death of John Fraser, possibly in Invergordon
« on: Tuesday 17 April 07 02:05 BST (UK) »

I'm trying to find a death record for ancestor John Fraser. He was born about 1776 in Inverness, married to Helen Grant of Glenurquhart, and had large family. I have found birth records for some but not all the children. One daughter Jane Elizabeth (for whom no birth record) married Andrew Smith, and her parents are named in the marriage record -- her father John was living in Invergordon at that time. No idea how long after that he died, or where. I'm hoping that his death record might give me some info about his parents and origins.

Thanks for any leads, Mary
