Just found this site

http://www.workhouses.org.uk/index.html?Atcham/Atcham.shtml

It has names of inmates and information on them during the 1881 census and best of all you can search for a name and it gives you the imformation for free, love the pictures and it tell you how there day was set out, from the baby farm, school, etc...

If you have not seen it before, it is well worth a look.
