FARMER'S - Birth of the Chemical Industry, Widnes

Elmbridge Burial Query
« on: Saturday 21 April 07 20:59 BST (UK) »

I am looking for information from the registers of Elmbridge, St Mary 1833?

I am looking for a burial of GEORGE FARMER age 28? husband of Mary? Father of John.

Has anyone got access?

Trying to find the answer to a brick wall situation...

Thankyou.

Hi stretchie,

I think this may be him.

George Farmer aged 27 buried 11 November 1832 St Mary Elmbridge.

The only other Farmer listed is a Mary aged 9 weeks 17 December 1854

Ok,   Ive got the details of George's burial, but where do I go now?

How do I know who George Farmer was or where he came from? did he have siblings.....
I've got so much I need to know and so very little to go on.

Is there a really nice person available to help me out with this one?

I dont live anywhere near to Worcestershire, so I need someone who feels pity for me in my need to find some answers.

George Farmer married Mary Price at Dodderhill 29th Sept 1831, they had a baby boy 4th Sept 1832 at Whychbold - then George goes and 'pops off' a couple of months later and leaves poor Mary with her newborn baby.

Mary marries again in April 1834 at Birmingham, Bull Ring to Thomas Bunn.  Why would Mary be in Birmingham?

Mary and Thomas Bunn return to Dodderhill and live in the Waterford Buildings; Crutch and Papermill with their increasing family of Bunns and her son John Farmer from her marriage to George.

Is there anyone interested???
