Hi can anyone tell me if there is a site for Hereford Parish Records?  Also if there is any search services tried and tested by anyone for Herfordshire Records Office?

what area and time period do you require? I have found the IGI has fairly good coverage - at least in the places I need! Perhaps I am just lucky?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply the area I am after is Stoke Edith for my G G Grandfather b1804 so around that time give or take a couple of years.  He moved out the are in mid 1820's to live in Gloucestershire where he married but unfortunatly on parents names were requested on his marriage records held by local parish in Hill Glos!

Stoke Edith not covered...typical!

I haven't tried their look up service. have you tried the Herefordshire family history society? (google)

I think they offer a reciprocal research service - ie you offer to check records local to you in exchange for someone going to Hereford for you.
