These illuminated screens are quite rare, I think, since anything like this was destroyed during the Dissolution of the Monasteries and the English Reformation of the 16th century, and also in the following century during the Interregnum when Cromwell cracked down very hard on the slightest sign of anything reminiscent of Catholicism.  These screens would have been regarded as idolatrous by Puritans, who did away with all decoration and even replaced altars with plain tables.
