HISTORY OF CHESHIRE 1778
« on: Tuesday 24 April 07 18:50 BST (UK) »

I was browsing through "google books" and came across this really interesting History of Cheshire from 1778.

The History of Cheshire: Containing King's Vale-royal Entire
by Sir Peter Leycester, Daniel King, William Smith, Samuel Lee, Thomas Pennant, Francis Grose, William Webb - 1778 - 994 pages (ALL VIEWABLE AND SEARCHABLE ON PDF)

It's a kind of gazetteer with lots of detailed info about places and various people of Cheshire.  Lots of historical details too.

Thought it might be of interest to someone.  Smiley
