Can anyone help. Have two sisters, Sarah and Agnes Clingan, spinsters dying and being buried in Kirkpatrick Durham church yard. However, they appear on two different memorial stones, both stones in same area of ground and both show same Grandparents, parents and dates are reasonably accurate. My problem is one stone shows they died at Corsock Hill and other stone shows them having died at Corsehill. Deaths certs show them at Corsehill. Can anyone tell me if a mistake had been made with Corsock Hill or are they one and the same place? Regards Ian

I would guess that Corsehill and Corsock Hill are one and the same place. Did a search on google and there were no results for "corsock hill" at all.
