HI Harry.

I have only just come accross your kind offer, and wondered if it was still available.
Attached is a photo of my Mum in Liverpool Police Uniform C 1822.
Do you think you could improve it for me.

Not much to work with there Scouse.

The image is very small and only at 72DPI.

Done me best wiff it tho'

Scan at better than 300 dpi if possible..if you do not know how just ask
