Would somebody be so kind to look up a Charles Ernest Clutterbuck born about Qrtr 2 1882 in or around Portsmouth...all i know about him was that he was a stoker on HMS Fervent at the time of his marriage to Annie Louisa Belcher in Mar 1902...much appreciated...thank you.
