Medals World War I

My husband has been left some medals which belonged to his uncle who fought for NZ in WWI and we would like to find out what they would have been awarded to him for but dont know where there is a site that we could identify them.

Perhaps there is someone looking at Rootschat from NZ that could help us.

If you scroll down a little way, past the first couple of medals, you'll see four in a row entitled: "The standard WW1 trio..." which might be the medals you have.  There are others shown on that page, and Kiwi rootschatters will no doubt come to your rescue too!
