Birth/Baptism William REYNOLDS

Hi All,
I am trying to find the birth/baptism of my 4G Grandfather William Reynolds. Working backwards:
He died and was buried in Lansalos Dec 1835.
He married Anne Webb in Pelynt 8 Apr 1776 and had 6 children including my 3G Grandfather Walter in Dec 1786.
I'm not sure where he was born. I have proven links to Pelynt/Looe area and unsubstantiated links to St Breward.
I did find an entry in the IGI showing a baptism for a William Reynolds in Stoke Damerel, Devon but can't find it again??
I understand his parents to be William Reynolds and Wilmot Jewell from OWFT on ancestry but this is unsubstantiated and I would like to conform his parents so I can work back further. I can't seem to find anything online that looks remotely like him and have tried a look in the CRO in Truro when I was last there but it was a bit of a wild goose chase not knowing where to look for him.
Any pointers/ideas greatly appreciated as always. I'll also post this on Devon to cover there as well.

The Stoke Damerel record on IGI was:

William Reynolds, csd 1 Nov 1749, Stoke Damerel, parents Wiliam Reynolds & Wilmot (batch C052421), hope you find it is the right one

Thanks Shirl now I can see it again. Not sure why I lost sight of it??
I plan to get down to Plymouth and look it up in the records office sometime in the next couple of months. It's beginning to look like this is the righ man.
