Could I please have a lookout for the earlier census for this couple:

Solomon Waterhouse
Mary Waterhouse (his wife) born about 1807

I believe that the wife was Mary Maudson b. 1807 at Chesterfield Derbyshire, but need to see some census entries to be sure.

I think it is most likely that they lived around Chesterfield, but I really have no way of knowing at this stage.

Could this be your family?  The wife's age ties in.

Thanks for this lookup.  It looks as if my Mary Maudson isn't the one who married Solomon Waterhouse after all.  (Probably a relative, though.)
