1901 lookup please

Can anybody please help me find a CECILIA WELTON born about 1886 in Marylebone. In 1891 she lived at 90 Crawford Street, Marylebone with father Richard cir 1847 Marylebone and mother Harriet cir 1855 Paddington . I believe she had a sister Florence cir 1875 and brothers Henry cir 1880, Frederick cir 1884, all born Marylebone. Thanks

There is a Cecilia Welton aged 14 at Lambert House, in St Laurence Intra in Kent, birthplace unknown. Does not say what the place is but has a number of single women staying there, so it could be an institution of some kind.
