Nellie appears to have married Fred in the 2nd Q of 1906 in St Neots, 3b 705.
Perharps Nellie was buried in the St Neots and not Bedford.

So you're asking someone to look for the burial place of someone whose surname you don't know! That's a tall order!
As you live in Bedford and as you have looked for her grave and can't find it, perhaps in the light of what you've just told us about her grandson you need to look for the grave of Clifford Keens?
Have you contacted Bedford Borough Council to see if they have a record of where Clifford Keens is buried? If you go through the GRO indexes which you can find on http://www.ancestry.co.uk/search/rectype/vital/freebmd/bmd.aspx to find the quarter in which Clifford died you may increase your chances of finding his burial
Regards
David

You can see the marriage page using the AncestryUK link that I gave (it's not the FreeBMD link John, this one just takes you to the GRO images, not the FreeBMD index) - the other party was George A Stonebridge

The name's right, the timing is as stated by MrsB, but she's 10 years too old. The only way of finding out if it's her is to buy the death certificate
