Rossendale/ Waterbarn/Holt Mill

Has anyone got any information about Holt Mill, Waterfoot. I went to the area recently. The Mill no longer exists, although workers houses are still there. Also, where is  Waterbarn, I think it is part of Stacksteads. My ancestor,
Martha Tattersall lived in these places in the 1860s-80s
I've bought an 1861 census but I need some street names from Waterbarn

The society does cover the area you have queried-Waterbarn Church, Stacksteads, is featured on their web page:-

Rossendale Council may also be able to help......Local councils usually hold
such items as parish records, poll tax books, photographs, area ordanance survey maps, census records etc. (some of these may be chargable services) but its worth inquiring:
