Outlook Express again

Not IE itself, just me
I used to have a Tool Bar across the top, with a delete button, create mail, forward etc on the bar. I have lost it.
I can still perform all the functions by using File, edit etc.
How can I get the tool bar back.

Right click on the bar where is says File Edit View and the like. Then make sure the Toolbar is checked (just click on it) If you want to add or delete buttons then click on customize
