Baker in All saints area, Birmingham
« on: Friday 03 December 04 12:55 GMT (UK) »

Sarah Ann Jane Baker married to William Nicholls in May 1898.Williams occupation was weaver.  The residence at the time of marriage was 9 All Saints Road, in the registration district of Birmingham, that is on the marriage certificate for both of them, so I don't know who's family home it was. Williams Father was called William and Sarah's Father was called John and his occupation was a Front Dresser.  I cannot trace the Baker family at all.  I believe Sarah had two brothers called William and Thomas.
I would be grateful for any help.

I have found that the All Saints district of Birmingham 1891 is covered by pieces 2395-2401. I have been unable to locate the right families/people within that area.

The only thing I could suggest would be to use the address search on the government 1901 site. Then at least you might find out whose home it was.

Sorry,
