SINTON / JOHNSTON family Dalston

hi was wondering if anybody will be able to help me i am trying to trace the birthplace of a Elizabeth Abb JOHNSTON(b 1852). her parents were John JOHNSTON and Mary A SINTON(b 1824). I have the family on the scottish census but it only gives her birthplace as England likewise with her mother. I have checked IGI out for Mary SINTON's born 1824 and it gives one possible match a Marry A SINTON born Dalson. I was wondering if any kind soul could confirm that this Mary married John JOHNSTON, as i can not find a marriage for them. any help would be much appricated.

Had a look at FREEBMD  and there is Elizabeth Ann Johnston Born Carlise District 852 so i guess this is the daughter?
