Hello All,

Has anyone come across this Ellwood family:

Jane bap 22/1/1729 Clifton
Dorothy bap 22/10/1724 Clifton
Edmund bap 31/1/1722 Clifton
John bap 10/8/1732 Clifton
Ann bap 7/3/1727 Clifton
Mary 1 & 2 bap 15/3/1721 & 2/2/1726 Clifton
George bap 25/2/1736 Clifton.

They are all children of John Ellwood, no mention of mother.

I was wondering if the children Edmund & John later moved to Dufton & both had wives called Ann.

The father John possibly came from Dufton too.

Any information welcome.
