Pell family, Swineshead

My ggrandmother is a Rebecca Pell, born circa 1820, giving her place of birth as Swineshead in census entries.  In 1842 she marries John Wil(l)son in Boston.  Can anyone throw any light on baptism, parents and siblings prior to her marriage please?

Marriage 15 May 1842 Boston, St Botolph
John WILLSON (son of Thomas) married Rebecca PELL (dau of Thomas)

Perhaps her father's name was invented for appearance's sake.

Baptism (IGI) February 1819 Boston, Rebecca dau of Maria Rebecca PELL

I mention this because a Maria PELL had an illegitimate son, Hopkin PELL, at Swineshead in 1816.
