Hurst Parish Records look up request

Please can anyone look to see if a John Jemmett (or similar) was born in Hurst in around 1775?

He may have married wife Mary (surname unknown) there too in around 1800.  Any evidence of this?

Their children were certainly born there:
Elizabeth -bapt 09/11/1806 Hurst Parish Church
George-bapt 03/05/1812 (base born - what does this mean?) buried 20/04/1814
Sarah-bapt 14/07/1816 (my great great great grandmother)
Keziah-baptised 26/03/1820

However, there's no sign of either his marriage or his baptism.

Have you seen the entry on the IGI for the baptism of

John Jemmett 20 July 1783 son of John & Drusilla in Remenham - only a few miles from Hurst?

Thanks for those gems. I think that the Remenham Jemmett must be the one, don't you - Jemmett is quite an unusual name by all accounts. 

As for the baseborn child, presumably the father wasn't her husband?
