On 1841 census Margaret is a female servant
born out of county but living in Keysham Place, Cheltenham.

Could this be her on 1861

Rg9/1803
Sanford street, Cheltenham.

Margarett Rossiter  60 head  unm   lodging house keeper
born ; Camarthan.
