Mary Cheatle birth/baptism record Circa 1800 Ashby de la Zouch, Leics.

I am desperately trying to find the birth or baptism record for Mary Cheatle born in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire about 1800 (date confirmed from several Census records).

She married William Smedley at the Parish Church (St. Helens) there on 19 April 1819.  Witnesses at marriage were James Haltam or Hatton and Mary Fletcher. The certificate number was 197. They both signed their names

Another Mary Cheatle aslo got married at a similar time detailed in the record 196 above - but this is a different Mary Cheatle.

There is no record of her baptism in the Parish records for Ashby de la Zouch. Could she have been baptised in a non conformist Church? There is a baptist/Methodist tradition in her husbands family.

If any one can help me find a record that would lead to her parents it would be really appreciated.

Attached are the marriage entries that I talked about above. The second entry is for William Smedley and the Mary Cheatle I would like to know about. I know that she was born in Ashby de la Zouch in 1800 but alas I have been unable to find an entry for her birth anywhere:

Attached is a photograph of Mary Cheatle taken around 1861 . . . . . but . . . . . . who were her parents? Can anyone out there help?  The only other clue that I have is that she had a sister called Fanny.

I have been given a birth date for Mary Cheatle of 12/2/1800, Ashby de-le-Zouch, Leicestershire, England. but no source.  Here is a picture of her sister Fanny (Francis?). Mary above must be widowed at the time of the photogaph - wearing a hat whereas her sister below was probably married (no hat):
