Statements such as "All WILL be living in Stanground" are bound to invoke Murphy's law.
I cannot see any Eagles in Stanground in 1851, or in 1841 either, although in 1851 there are various Eagles in Lincs, Northants and Cambs with a birthplace of Stanground, but no Richard
There are no burials of a Richard of the right age in Stanground, although there is a Mary Eagle age 31 buried on 14 Feb 1823
What evidence do you have that they were (a) living and (b) in Stanground, in 1851?
Regards
David

Richard's father was Richard? I assume he was the Richard aged 75 buried on 23 July 1831 at Stanground. But wasn't Richard the elder's wife Martha? There's a Martha buried 27 Feb 1826 age 67.
Who's the Rowland Eagle age 52 in 1851 born Stanground living in Walsoken? Might he be another brother?
What else do you know about Richard - eg children?
Regards
David

Richard the elder's 1786 marriage gives his parish of residence as Stanground.
Stanground parish registers have not not been extracted onto the IGI or BVRI, nor is a transcript available from Hunts FHS. But they have been filmed by the LDS.
You're lucky as there's a Family History Centre of the LDS where you live, or alternatively there's also Huntingdon Records Office which is close too. It's a case of getting the microfilm for Stanground and looking for his baptism c1756. There's no easy online way of doing it.
The other option is to pay Huntingdon Records Office to search for you.
