Hi Dave
This is an entry on the OPRs for Janet's birth (and death), actual extract on IGI. She is the only child showing, maybe down to the spelling variants of Rochhead?
JANET ROCHEAD Birth: 1761 Kirkintilloch, Dunbarton, Scotland Death: 30 JUN 1826 Parents: Father: ANDREW ROCHEAD Mother: MARY SMELLIE
Regards.

From a search on Scotlands People, one other child shows:
28/02/1751 ROUCHEAD JOHN ANDREW ROUCHEAD/MARY SMELLIE M Kirkintilloch /DUNBARTON 498/ 0010 0412
I wonder if Andrew may have remarried? There are three other children showing between 1771-74 to an Andrew Roughead and Mary PA(U)RDON also in Kirkintilloch.
Regards.

This looks like the marriage, an actual extract on IGI for the (second perhaps?) marriage:
ANDREW ROCHEAD Marriages: Spouse: MARY PURDON Marriage: 26 SEP 1769 Glasgow, Lanark, Scotland
Can't easily see any marriage for Andrew with Mary Smellie (with *wildcards for spelling).
Regards.

Thanks for this. I think I've come across the Rochead / Purdon marriage before but dismissed it because I was looking for Smellie. Dave

Any suggestions on how I would check if there was a 2nd marriage Monica? Do you have an interest in the Rochead family yourself? Dave

No, I don't have a connection to the Rochhead name. In respect of whether this other marriage could relate to the same Andrew, it's hard to say. Do you have an occupation for him? Maybe an occupation will show on the 1769 OPR marriage that may connect.
Not sure if they connect to your Rocheads but have you seen any of these posts on other forums:

I have, in a book, a couple of short MIs from Kirkintilloch Auld Aisle cemetery, which read: Robert Rochead, eldest daughter Mary ?.8.1792, youngest daughter Clemy 1788 1 and next to it another, Andrew Rochead of Duniblae, second son Robert at Condorat 18.2.1824 7 (2 or 9)
Any use to you?

No immediate link to the limited info I have but I guess with the same surname in the same area there is a probability that there is some sort of connection. May be useful in helping me find another route to the people I need. Every little helps, Thanks Dave
