Churches in Lilleshall area
« on: Friday 06 July 07 19:03 BST (UK) »

Some months ago I was browsing (I think on this site) and found great info. re the many churches used by the people in the Lilleshall area. I meant to print it out but as usual went off at a tangent and forgot. Now I want to start some more research in this area and hope to get to Shrewsbury Record Office - can anyone with a better memory than me remember this thread and point me in the right direction. Many thanks.

Best wishes, Fairlane

Lloydy

Many thanks for the links - most interesting, especially the one on limestone mining as my family was involved in stone mining and then coal mining in the area.
