have William Brown bapt 31/05/1818 and Thomas Brown bapt 23/06/1816 at Oswestry, both sons of Thomas Brown and Appolonia unknown.
There was also a daughter Mary, but not sure where she was baptised, and probably older than her brothers.
I`m trying to find Appolonia`s maiden name, and wondering if they married in Oswestry. There can`t be many with this name around !!.
I have found now that there are transcriptions of St Oswalds up to 1813, Oswestry in Oswestry library, I`d be very grateful if anyone is going there if they coud have a look for me for me.

Hi
I've got the Oswestry registers to 1812 but it will take a while to search as they're on scanned fiche. If no one else can look up, I'll have a trawl through.
Oswestry records are on the IGI as well.

It's not there - already looked 
With Oswestry, it could have been a variety of places - Llanymynych, St Martins, Chirk, Whittington, Wellington, etc.....................
I've got a lot of the records mind!

Hi Gadget, I looked at Cheshire and found them. It seems now that they moved to Oswestry by 1816 and then back to Chester by 1826 when a daughter Mary had a child born. I need to find Mary`s baptism to see how old she was when she had this child. I think she was very young maybe 15/16.

So Mary would be probably 1810 +2 ish.
What was Thomas's job, if you know. At that time it's difficult to find out. Just wondering about the Chester/Oswestry connection at that time - canals, road building are the things that come to mind.
Hughes is pretty Welsh mind - maybe that's the connection.

You give an Oswestry, Shropshire date of 1815 a couple of times above - however, from the IGI it seems that William was baptized there in 1818.
Oswestry, Shropshire, England (extracted entries):
BROWN Thomas, bap 23 June 1816, parents Thomas BROWN & Appollonia
BROWN William, bap 31 May 1818, parents Thomas BROWN & Apolona
The marriage entry which you quote is an LDS patron submission - not an extracted entry. As far as I can see (from the Hugh Wallis site) records from Chester St John for that time are not on the online IGI; the LDS does seem to hold the film.

From census information in that thread it seems that:
Thomas BROWN was born Chester, ca 1787 and was a Chair Maker
His wife Appollinia (however spelled) was also born Chester, ca 1786
(Her death in the Dec qtr 1855, Great Boughton, is on FreeBMD)
Their daughter Mary (married name DONE) was also born Chester, ca 1812
There does not seem to be anything to suggest that there were further children than Mary, Thomas and William - though, of course, there may have been.

Thanks, the other thread was also mine, but I had`nt found William and Thomas`baptisms then. Ye s my mistake 1818,
I `m not sure what the patron submission means ??
I suppose it will have to be the records office.

Extracted entries in the IGI were normally entered direct from church registers (or films of registers) under the controlled extraction program run by the Latter Day Saints. They are, in general, reliable - but, of course, there can always be transcription errors.
Submitted entries in the IGI, however, were submitted by members of the LDS. Sometimes they are accurate, sometimes they are little more than wild guesses  The marriage entry looks reliable but ...
I don't know anything about Cheshire records. Here in Australia I guess I would be ordering in the relevant film(s) from Chester to my local LDS Family History centre. I haven't checked out the Cheshire board but perhaps a helpful RootsChatter may have access to Chester St John records ...
