Madingly Parish marriage licence 1775

I have found on Ancestry a reference to a marriage by licence between John Meadows WOOD of St Peter Mancroft in Norwich and Hannah KIDMAN of this parish on 25 Sept 1775 in Madingley parish records.

I am wondering how I can go about finding out more information about this marriage and the bride and groom. Can anyone tell me where I might access the licence and what it might tell me? OR even who the witnesses to the marriage were- might give me some relatives to work with?
