i'm not sure if anyone will be able to find Frederick Albert Williams on the 1891 / 1901 census but please can someone look .
the only info. i have for him is that he was born 4th October 1893 in Hackney and he was the second husband of Doris Minnie Collins ( i have info. for Doris already so this is not required) he was one of 9 children.

just for your info. Doris first husband Albert Fairfield died in WW1 so they were married after this date.

Found this possible one in 1901 but you would have to get the marriage to check his fathers name

I got the marriage by going through ancestry BMD year  by year from 1918.
Don't know about the registration district, i gave the info as it was written.

Where did you get the birth for Frederick.
The only one i can see in Hackney is for Frederick James Williams in June quarter 1893

his daughter, my aunt she is still alive but does not know much about her family  her husband is my paternal uncle.
