These seem to be the only births transcribed on Free BMD in Buckinghamshire around the right time, although they are a little earlier than 1910.

Births Dec 1902   (>99%)
HARDWICK    Cyril Frank       
Newport P. 3a 895

Births Mar 1904   (>99%)
HARDWICK    Cyril Kenneth        
Newport Pagnell 3a 1000

Births after 1910 are not 100% transcribed yet, but you can search the complete GRO index at http://www.ancestry.com/search/rectype/vital/freebmd/bmd.aspx

Cyril's marriage cert will give his age and father's name - his death cert will give his age or exact dob, depending when he died.  Do you have any more information about him which might help?
