I found this the 1891 census and was wondering if the middle name was Arthur?
Charles A Cullen B: abt 1876 - location, Lincolnshire

I have looked on the original census image and it only gives it as A.
However here are his family which may help you

Thanks to you both for the lookup. It seems that there are two Charles A Cullens of about the same age. One in Liverpool and one in Lincs. This explains why I found a two seperate documents for CA. Cullen; one giving his father's name as "John" and the other as "Joseph".
