My Mum made me pretty frocks

Hi Dinie & Julian
Nice to see you again
I've read through the FAQs and think I've now got it sussed. I do have to make a few alterations so will get it up as soon as possible.
I shall announce it here
It would be nice if this thread could become lively again. We've always given each other tons of support

Sounds interesting Gadget and I shall look forward to seeing it
I have regained my zeal for searching for the family at the moment which has (as usual) coincided with an OU course but I am itching to continue on my website at the moment, despite that being all I seem to do at work these days.

In the depths of the FAQs, I found full guidance for how to upload from NOF and it's now up.
It's not changed very much since the last time you saw it so I'll have to start writing again
I'm putting in an invisible counter - got the code - do I just put it anywhere in the html code?
I'll change my profile so that the new website address is included*.

I see Julian's been in there having a nose
I like invisible counters - 33 so far on top of the old RC ones and I've not done much plugging

Hi Gadget
Just about to go and have a look, watch me if you like.
I take it you worked out where to put the counter then

I saw that you'd been in to Stop Press, Photos and People, in addition the the Home page. Julian was boring and just looked at the home page.

I'm putting in an invisible counter - got the code - do I just put it anywhere in the html code?
I've got mine on each page at "beginning of body" - click HTML box on the Layout Properties, and on my version (NOF 9) it's the middle tab of the page HTML
I see Julian's been in there having a nose Yes, just about to do an inspection - but I thought I'd answer your question first

Thanks Julian but you'll see from my earlier messages that I've done it
Added - just found a mistake in one of the lower level pages - got my great granny dying before she was born - 1826 rather than 1926. It's been like that for about 18 months
