Lookup. Noble and Sheepwash marriage.
« on: Wednesday 06 June 07 21:23 BST (UK) »

I am looking for information on the parents of a Hannah Noble (b. abt.1764 in Addison, Kent)

Her parents were names (Father) Noble and (Mother) Sheepwash.

I think I had the wrong family. The parents more than likely came from Bapchild, and were called John Noble, and Mary Sheepwash, born about 1725 and 1729 respectivly,  but I have no proof.
Thank-you
Daniel

Hi Daniel

Are you still looking for this marriage?  If so, I don't know of any Addison in Kent - is this a mistranscription for something else which might help us with a location?

Yes, I am still looking. I havnt got the original document where the town was written, but it might be either Addington or Adisham?
I have the mother as a possible 'Miss Sheepwash' born abt. 22-10-1744 in Throwley or Bulchfield, Kent.
