I went through the procedure to obtain a free web site but when I submitted the final result I did not receive the email promised and therefore have no authetication code.  I have also now lost the screen requiring the authentication code.  Should I start again with a new application?

Roger,

The applications need to be approved, so it can take a few hours for you to get your "Webspace Ready" email.

I could well be that your email addres that you put in didnt get to you for some reason (perhaps slightly mis-spelt, or blocked by one of those spam-blocking services).

If the authentication email is not responded to, the system resets to free up the name and the webspace - so you may find that you'll need to re-apply again. Smiley
