I am looking for the marriage entry of Thomas Chilmick in Chirbury in the 1760s (I think). I believe he married a lady called Ann(e) but would very much like to know her full name, if possible.
Thanks!
Rachel

Hi Rachel
Couldn't see a marriage for them in Chirbury in the 1760's, may be Ann wasn't from Chirbury parish and they married in her parish.

Thank you both for looking - it was, perhaps, a bit of a shot in the dark. And especially thank you Pete for the extensive results you have come up with for the surname - you have simultaneously disproved one pet theory as to a speculative line of descent and thrown light onto another bit, so I'm off to review my notes!
Thanks again.

Rachel
