Hi Ken

On the 1841 census it says the family are living at Chadwich Hall, Chadwich End, Balsall

Hi Ricky

Yep - it is Chadwick Hall I am trying to find.

Looking at multimap Oldwich Lane runs from Chadwick End to Fen End, so I am just pondering on the idea that the lane Chadwick Hall was on was called Oldditch in the first place, was changed later or just a spelling mistake on the cert.

Not having any old maps of this area makes it hard to find out.
