Don't quite know where to post this, so I'm putting it here!

googlebook search for Hopkins and Stephens, Billiard Table Makers, has come up with the following reference

The snippet would appear to show an advert placed by Hopkins and Stephens.  I would like to see a full copy of the advert, but know nothing about how to search for and obtain old books.  As it would possibly be quite expensive, I would be more interested in borrowing rather than buying this book.

Or has anyone got it in their possession, who wouldn't mind sending me details of the advert?
