Hi

I was wondering if anyone out there has heard of the above person.  He signed this name on his son's marriage certificate to Hannah Fulcher in 1875.  He says he is a Plice seargent.

I think hes on the 1861 census just as William. RG9/1248 Folio 74 Page 6 Burnham Westgate, Norfolk. Do you have access?
