Yes, that's brilliant, that's even better. In a way it's "safer" for me to re-install phpGedView for you into another directory in your webspace. Let's say we put it into a new directory called "tree", (don't just move it, because the configuration will be out).
You could then have a link from your homepage (which you could call index.htm or index.html) to http://tobitt-tree.rootschat.net/tree/ which would then show family tree in phpGedView.
The best way to do learn webpage design is something like Notepad, or any plain text editor.
