Lost Printing Facility-SOLVED

Another crazy problem. All of a sudden when I try to print a hotmail message using 'printable view' I select the printer and the site shuts down with no print, nothing in the print queue. The started about a week ago and there is nothing new on the PC Huh all other programs print

Any ideas please
