I am looking for the John Lundy family of Flamborough.  Can anyone look this family up in the censuses for me?  I'm trying to determine when they moved to South Africa. I know he married an Elizabeth Frankish and had son Frankish and daughter Jane.

Thanks, Laverdiere

Do you have any dates such as birth or which census you would like a look up?

John Lundy married Elizabeth Frankish 9 Dec 1829,daugher Jane born 23 Jan 1832 and son Frankish was born 12 Jan 1834 acording to IGI.

I'd appreciate having the family looked up in whatever census is avaliable for lookups.  Specifically the 1841, 1851 and 1861 censuses.  I'm wondering if they moved from Flamborough and had more children?

Thanks, Laverdiere

Laverdiere,

I wonder if you have a birthplace for your Lundy family, so I can then search for them in 1851 and 1861 census.

Laverdiere,

I have not found any John Lundy, born Flamboro and Elizabeth Lundy or Frankish Lundy on 1851 census.

They are not on the 1861 Either.

I have only found 3 persons with forename Frankish, and neither with surname Lundy.

There are some with surname Frankish, both on 1851 and 1861.
