I have tried on numerous occassions to get an answer from the National Archives.I have been requesting documents and pricing for the last 5 weeks and cannot get a decent answer.I have the name of the party if you require it.  Do I have to find someone who can quote me a price for photocopies of document for a Thomas Anthony Suddes who emigrated from England.  I also have a cous in South Africa whose name is Lara Suddes have tried to contact her but don't get a answer.  Do you have any suggestions for me.  I do appreciate your reply and assistance from Canada I remain

Thanks so mukch.  The documents that I have requested from the National Archives of South Africa (NASA) are from the NAAIRS - Result Details.

Doc. 1 of 13 ir Record of Conduct and Service of Thomas Anthony SUDDES
starting 19020106  do you have an email address where you can receive Word Document.  I could send it or forward unto you.  The request  that I sent to The NASA.

Database: National Archives Respository (Public Records of former Transvaal Province and its predecessors as well as of magistrates and local authorities)  NAAIRS - Result Details.  Mine is       Thomas Anthony was born in London in 1880 he was the son of Edward and Hannah SUDDES.  He emigrated to South Africa - do not know the date and don't know what his death date was either.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Tks.

Hi there,
I have split this post so that it does not get lost! Have you had a response from the archives? Thomas died in 1953 so you would be able to get a copy of his death notice using the NAAIRS reference.
If you look on the Ancestry24 site you will see an email address for a Toni Suddes who might be able to help you.
