Harry Andrews

I am looking for any information regarding Mr Harry Andrews, coach to the likes of Alfred Shrubb and Montague Holbein in the late 1890's early 1900's.  I have a copy of a book he wrote in 1903 on Training and Massage.  He is quite an illusive character and although lots of mentions of him regarding his coaching of others there seems to be little about when and where he was born etc etc ~ anyone out there related to or knowing anything not already in the public domain, and would be willing to share such information I would be very glad to hear from you.
