Have you looked for a marriage in England and Wales on FreeBMD or the GRO indexes?  Finding one on this side of the Irish Sea is the only way to answer this.

Do you have them on 1861 census at all?

I don't know what to think.  I've looked at Hampshire baptisms pre 1837 and only found one Hosford or similar so far.  She was Mary Jane, baptised in Hambledon in 1829.

Francis and William Driscoll were both baptised in Portchester.  Caroline does not appear as far as I can see. Sad  And I can't see her on FreeBMD either.

You apply to the GRO online via this link:

http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/

There are checking facilities available - you should read all the advice before you order, otherwise you might waste money.
