Could someone please tell me in which district someone born in Ovington was likely to have had their birth registered?

Also the same question for someone born in Saham Toney?

According to genuki Ovington came under Wayland, Norfolk and Saham Toney under Swaffham and after 1939 was also Wayland

Further to my original question, I'm specifically trying to find the birth details for a James Adcock born circa 1838 in Ovington, Norfolk. Hence my question about what district Ovington was in.

I can't seem to find anything for him at that time in the Wayland district. Maybe his birth is a couple of years out and he was born before civil registration.

Any help would eb much appreciated.

according to the 1841 Ovington.
there were,
John Adcock aged 40.
Susan Adcock aged 40.
Hannah aged  aged 13.
Sarah aged 10.
Ann aged 8.
Susan aged 6.
James aged 4.

Norfolk Marriages CD.
there was a John Adcock married  Susan Preesoins Saham Toney  8th Nov 1821.
Personally I think Preesoins is a miss spell.
You will find Adcocks at Saham Toney,  Ashill  also Watton they are all in the area.
