can you give the ref number for 1871, as I carnt see a Jane louth in the Wisbech area in 1851/1861

Hi Mermaid
Have looked for her on the 1851 and 1861 census no such person in Cambridgeshire, Have looked for a birth in Cambridge for her, no such luck, have checked ancestry, also Cambridge Family History Society, have also checked Camdex online, no birth on there either, the only Jane Louth that comes up anywhere in the country is one from Grantham Lincolnshire born 1842

Hi Mermaid
Have tried all the regular websites and she don't come up on any of them, Don't forget some people say they come from a certain place just because the husband or wife did. Some tell little porky's, so be aware of that. Have seen some on here who say born in one county and about 4 census along have come from another county.
Anyway good luck, sorry that I couldn't find her, perhaps someone else will.
