O'ryan Family in Waterford early 1900s - help please?

Hi

Please can anyone help me with finding any of my grandmother's family records in Ireland.

She was born Eileen Veronica O'Ryan in Waterford in 1920 and baptised at St John's church in Waterford - birth/baptism cert says Ellen O'Ryan!!)

Her parents Henry Francis and Anna Marion ( nee Noonan) were supposedly married in Clonmel church but I do not know how I can find any of these records.

Please could anyone let me know how I start any of this research as I am completely new to Irish info.

Thanks for any advice or lookups.
