Yes it would, but to be 100% certain you would need to request the birth certificate to confirm Emma's father (if your budget allows, of course).
You have to be careful that you don't follow the wrong Partridge family........at least you aren't researching Jones

I been trying to find Hannah and Emma in the 1861 onwards, but they must have either married or died. There are a couple of possibles for each daughter, but we need to find marriages or death records first.
I think this is where I got to!!!!!....I've lost track a bit
HANNAH 24 cOUND (in the 1851)
EMMA 20 COUND (in the 1851)
Better get back to searching
